Simon is a distinguished researcher with significant academic contributions in neurobiology, complemented with an extensive experience in business development and marketing within the biotechnology sector. He has led research groups with a special focus on Alzheimer’s Disease and mitochondrial genetics, providing valuable insights into the molecular pathways involved in Alzheimer’s disease, highlighting potential targets for therapeutic interventions.  His work extends to exploring non-Mendelian genetic diseases and investigating the proinflammatory effects of key biomolecules on neurons.   

Simon received his PhD from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and performed postdoctoral work at Stanford University, CA. 

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in digital health technology, life sciences, genomics, and start-ups. She is a seasoned leader and strategist in the HealthTech industry. Having co-created, developed, and successfully sold Human Code to Helix, she also founded a consulting business specializing in digital health brands. Jennifer has a proven track record in commercial functions, contributing to over $10MM in annual revenue, multiplied across various start-ups.

As well as being CoB, Jennifer is currently leading growth and engagement initiatives for the expert community. 

With a seasoned career spanning new business development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and fundraising, Eddie brings a wealth of experience to every endeavor. His leadership has guided multiple businesses through growth phases, leveraging strategic insights and fostering valuable partnerships along the way. Eddie is driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to achieving sustainable success. As a dedicated professional, he continues to shape the future landscape of business with vision and integrity.
